Make up and pretty face

I was hesitating between the sections spontaneous portrait and body art... The make up is obviously not spontaneous (to me!) and damn straight it is artistic, so there you go.
Guess how much make up is necessary to make black eyelashes look that blue? (a lot!)
Oddly one eye is blurry and the light dim while the other one looks just fine... Anyhow I like this picture.
